1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products & Orders

  • Product Information: All products are custom-printed on demand. Colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly from images.
  • Order Process: Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email confirmation and shipping updates.
  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices: All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Areas: We ship within the US and Puerto Rico. International shipping may be available at additional cost.
  • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days (normal) or 7–14 days (peak/holiday). Delays may occur due to demand, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
  • Out-of-Stock: If an item is unavailable, you will be notified and refunded.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. Size issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Process: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Resolution: We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Custom Submissions

  • Ownership: All designs, images, text, and content on our site are owned by Splattio LLC or licensed from artists. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • Artist Designs: Some products feature artwork licensed from independent artists. All rights are assigned to Splattio LLC per artist agreements.
  • Customer Submissions: By submitting any design, image, text, or content through our website, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to such content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.
  • Splattio LLC does not verify ownership of submitted content and is not responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material provided by customers.
  • We reserve the right to reject any order that may infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
  • By submitting content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Splattio LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of such content.

7. User Conduct

  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse our site, submit false information, or engage in any unlawful activity.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promo Codes: Promotional offers are subject to terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  • Giveaways: Store credit giveaways and other promotions are subject to eligibility and verification.
