How do I snag my Splattio stuff?

Easy! Just browse, click, and add your favorites to your cart. Checkout is a breeze, and you’ll get an email high-five (aka, your order confirmation) right after.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We get to work fast—like, superhero-fast! If you need to change something, email us at support@splattio.com ASAP. If we haven’t started printing, we’ll do our best to help. Splatty’s advice: double-check your cart before you click “buy”!

How do I track my order?

Once your goodies ship, you’ll get a tracking link by email. You can also log in to your account to see your order’s adventure status!

Splattio Shipping Shenanigans

Where do you ship?

Right now: US, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia and most European countries (including the UK)! Want us to ship to your planet next? Let us know—Splatty’s always up for new adventures.

How long until my new favorite thing arrives?

Most orders blast off in 2–7 business days. After that, delivery takes 3–10 business days (sometimes a bit more for international). Splatty’s tip: We’ll send you tracking when it ships!

Why is shipping higher when I mix mugs, tees, and other stuff?

Great question! Some Splattio treasures (like mugs and shirts) are made in different places. If you mix categories—say, a hoodie and a mug—they’ll ship separately (like two mini care packages), so shipping costs a bit more. But add more of the same type, and they usually travel together (yay, savings!). We always show you the total before you pay—no surprises.

What if my order is late or lost?

Splatty hates waiting too! If it’s been 10 business days (20 for international) and your order’s still MIA, email us. We’ll track it down or send a replacement, no worries.

Do you offer free shipping?

Not by default, but keep an eye out for special promos and surprise free shipping days!

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

If you’re in the EU or UK, your order ships from within the EU—so customs fees are usually low or non-existent. Other countries, customs fees might apply, and those are up to you. (Splatty tried to pay with paint splatters, but customs prefers real money.)

What kind of products do you sell?

Colorful, original art and designs—on tees, hoodies, mugs, hats, totes, phone cases, and more! Everything’s print-on-demand, so it’s made just for you (and your wild side).

Who designs your products?

About 80% is dreamed up in-house, and the rest comes from super-talented independent artists. We love supporting creativity!

How do I know what size to order?

Every apparel item has a handy size chart on its product page. Unisex = men’s sizing! Ladies, for a closer fit, just order one size down from your usual. Still not sure? Message us and we’ll help you out!

Are your products eco-friendly?

We print-on-demand to avoid waste, and our print partner (Printful) is always working on greener practices. Splatty’s dream: zero waste, all color!

Oops! Returns & Fixes

What’s your return policy?

Since every Splattio item is made just for you, we can only accept returns or replacements if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

What about size or fit issues?

If your item doesn’t fit, you can return it for store credit only. This way, you can reorder the right size without losing out. Please check our size charts before ordering to help avoid surprises!

How do I start a return or get a replacement?

Email support@splattio.com with your order number, a photo (if there’s an issue), and a quick note. We’ll sort it out and make sure you’re taken care of.

Do you accept returns for custom or personalized items?

All Splattio items are custom-made. We can only accept returns for size/fit (store credit) or for issues with quality/printing.

Money Stuff

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and PayPal. For custom orders, we can send you a secure link. All payments are processed by Stripe—safe and sound!

Is my payment secure?

You bet! Our checkout is encrypted. Splatty guards your info like a dragon guards treasure.

Order Oopsies

My item arrived damaged or with a printing error. What now?

So sorry! Email us a photo and your order number at support@splattio.com. We’ll fix it, fast!
