Splattio Refund & Return Policy

At Splattio, your satisfaction is our top priority! Because all our products are custom-printed just for you, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than big-box stores. 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We happily accept returns or issue replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • There is a misprint
  • You receive the wrong item

Size & fit issues: If your item doesn’t fit, you may return it for store credit only. Refunds are not available for sizing concerns. Please check our size charts before ordering to help avoid surprises.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Note: We will request clear photos of the issue in our follow-up email to help process your claim.

3. What Happens Next

  • We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days.
  • If your claim is approved, we’ll offer one of the following:
    • A replacement item,
    • Store credit (in most cases for size issues), or
    • A refund (only for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items).

4. Exceptions & Additional Info

  • Custom-printed products cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse or if you ordered the wrong size/color—please double-check your order before checkout!
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, or unless otherwise stated in a special promotion.
  • Size issues: No refunds are given for sizing problems, but store credit or a replacement may be provided if approved.
  • Have a unique situation? Reach out—reasonable exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we’re always happy to help!
